School is scheduled to start Sept. 5, but for Shoreline students, teachers and support staff, the future is uncertain.
That’s because the Shoreline School Board President Mike Jacobs and Deputy Supt. Marcia Harris want to fix the district’s budget deficit by unnecessarily cutting student services and slashing jobs and salaries. Our students and staff shouldn’t have to pay the price for years of fiscal mismanagement.
Please join Shoreline teachers and support professionals in the fight for the future of Shoreline Schools. Contact school Superintendent Sue Walker and our elected Shoreline School Board members with this message: Our students and educators must be the district’s highest budget priority!
