Agreement with SESPA Reached

Dear Parents and Community Members:

The Shoreline Educational Support Personnel Association (SESPA) Bargaining Team has reached a tentative contract agreement with the Shoreline School District. A SESPA general membership meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4 at the Shoreline Center. They will be voting on the tentative agreement.

The Shoreline Education Association (SEA) Bargaining Team and the District’s bargaining team will be negotiating with the state mediator on Monday night. The Shoreline Education Association (SEA) includes about 550 teachers and other certificated employees.
The Shoreline Education Support Professionals Association (SESPA) includes about 330 paraprofessionals, office managers and other school support staff in the Shoreline School District.
